Return & Refund Policy

1. General Information

This return and refund policy applies to purchases made through masterbest.com.tr operated by Persa Kozmetik. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we therefore keep our return process as transparent as possible.

2. Return Conditions

You can request a return in the following cases:

• The product does not have the specified features,
• The product arrived defective or damaged,
• The wrong product was sent,
• The product is to be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Used or opened products,
• Products with damaged original packaging,
• Products more than 14 days after the purchase date,
• Hygiene and personal care products (if opened),
• Products purchased under a campaign or promotion (special conditions may apply).

4. Return Process

You can complete your return request by following these steps:

1. Notify us of your return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@masterbest.com.tr or +90 530 077 37 72.
2. After your request is reviewed, you will receive return approval and detailed information.
3. For an approved return, send the product in its original packaging together with the invoice.
4. Once the product reaches us, the refund process is initiated.

5. Refund Conditions

After the returned product reaches us:

• The refund will be processed within 7 business days,
• The refund will be made via the original payment method (iyzico or Stripe),
• Shipping costs are covered by us only when a defective or wrong product was sent,
• In other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order contains a damaged or wrong product, please notify us with photos at info@masterbest.com.tr within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, shipping costs are covered by us and the product will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.
